Abstract

|
Dewar and Barrington procedure applying old neglected acromio-clavicalar joint dislocation was done on 3 cases of fresl! acromio-clavicular joint dislocation.
The operations were carried out abut 3,6 and 24 drys after injury and the external immobilization~:was removed about 4 weeks after the operation and vigorous physiotheraphy was followed.
The results were.6 excellent and 1 good.
